Working with Creatives offers organisations workshops based on the characters introduced in the "Meet the Creatives" video series. Workshops can last from a one-hour introduction to an extended training seminar lasting two working days.

1. Staff Development Workshop
What we do
Working with Creatives offers inventive, original and practical staff-development workshops, either online or face-to-face in the organisation’s own premises. These workshops deepen participants’ understanding of creativity and provide practical advice on how to work happily and effectively with creative colleagues. They also describe ways in which an organisation’s managerial and organisational practices can best be arranged to promote the harmonious flow of creativity. Workshops range from introductory sessions lasting up to one hour to two-day workshops covering a range of common problems and their solutions.
2. Advisory Reports
What we do
Working with Creatives offers an advisory service customised to the particular needs of the client organisation. This usually involves Prof Pearce visiting the organisation to study its transition of creativity from initial idea to marketable product. A report is then submitted to senior management identifying probable pinch points and suggesting remedial measures.
What we do
Colleagues new to roles that involve managing creative people sometimes find challenging the flexibility often needed; a mentor can help. Working with Creatives offers one-to-one mentoring to an organisation’s key creatives, their managers and their colleagues. This can be provided online, face to face or a blend of the two.
